Our Home Base is the New Masonic Hall (same as last year), above Westpac Bank, Baxter St, Warkworth.
Important!
Report for your walk at the New Masonic Hall no later than notified time. It is upstairs above the Westpac Bank. (Our base is the same as last year.) Entrance is from the parking building off Neville St, or use the stairs on Baxter Street next to Westpac.
The bus schedules are tight so unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivers.
Approximate walk duration times quoted are from Warkworth to Warkworth.
Coffee and snacks are available at many of the nearby cafes – just ask one of our volunteers if you are unsure of where to go. Also, remember to take your wallet on your walk so that you can purchase a few bottles of wine, olive oil, icecream, macadamias, etc. that appear in our walks.
Parking
There is plenty of free all day parking right outside the New Masonic Hall (follow the P sign off Neville Street) and also next to the Old Masonic hall (Baxter Street).
There is also free, unlimited-time parking on the nearby side streets (see map below) a few minutes away from our home base at the New Masonic Hall. These free parking areas are shaded yellow on the map.
